Raptors land Johnson from Bulls
The Toronto Raptors traded a first-round draft pick for Chicago Bulls forward James Johnson.
Johnson is already 26-years old and has been a disappointment in his first couple of years in the league.
There were high hopes for Johnson when he was selected in the middle of the first round, but he hasn’t lived up to them.
The Raptors are hopeful that a change of scenery might help him blossom and are taking a chance on this one.
He has a lot of ability, but turnovers have been a major problem. He also hasn’t developed the ability to get to the basket like Chicago had hoped.
